Your neighbors in the garage door business
Your Next Door is a family-owned and -operated garage door company based in Bonneau, at the top of Berkeley County. We have over 30 years of experience working on garage doors and openers, and we give free estimates on everything we do, so you won't have to wonder about the final cost.
Before garage doors, our owners served as firefighters and first responders for over 25 years. Off the clock we coach travel ball and help out with the firefighter support team. Most importantly, we're full-time dads, and we care about this community.
When you call, you'll usually talk with Tammy in the office, and our customers know Dave and the crew by name.

Common questions
How do I know if my garage door spring is broken?
The usual signs: a loud bang from the garage, a door that suddenly feels very heavy or won't lift more than a few inches, an opener that strains or stops, or a visible gap in the spring above the door. If you see any of these, stop using the opener and give us a call. Springs are under heavy tension and aren't a safe DIY job.
Should I repair or replace my garage door?
Many problems, like springs, rollers, cables, tracks and openers, are straightforward repairs. If panels are broken or badly dented, the door is very old, or you want better insulation or a new look, replacement may make more sense. We'll look at it, tell you honestly which way we'd go, and give you a free estimate.
Can you add a keypad or fix my remote?
Yes. We can replace remotes, add an outside keypad for keyless entry, reprogram and readjust your opener, or install a new opener if yours is worn out.
Do you give free estimates?
Yes, we offer free estimates on everything we do, so you'll know the cost before any work starts.
